1 Other Countries have Nuclear Weapons, Such as China, India, Pakistan, France, Russia, Georgia. They would respond in kind.
2 The fact that we used a WMD in a 1st Strike would make us the outcasts of the World. We would be worse off then North Korea was. All Trade would end, we could sell no Products abroad, nor Buy any. Off hand OIL comes to mind REAL QUICK. Given that we Export Quite a Bit and Import even more, the Economy would Crash and NEVER recover.
3 We would face a Holy War the likes of which have never been seen. EVERY Major Religion would attack us both Physically and Morally. Not just the Radical Islamics. I do not think that the Catholics would be very pleased with us if we nuked Rome.
4 Radioactive Fallout. It does NOT respect International Borders.
5 Finally we are supposed to be the "GOOD GUYS."

I'm sorry but you fail to realize that the U.S. and every other member of the world, bombs each other with atom bombs everyday everytime one sneezes. A sneeze spreads many, many atoms around.

An ATOMIC BOMB is another matter. Bombing the world with atomic bombs is impractical. Hydrogen bombs came along and then Neutron bombs and who knows what's next.

The fact of the matter is, if the U.S. not US, bombed the world with atomic weapons, we'd have no place to go on holiday. Nobody in the U.S. wants to go on a tour of the White House anymore, the floor is no longer level and it's hard to walk upon. It's tilted too far to the right.

Sure would, but other people have nukes too. And we actually do like some other coutries so we don't want to nuke everyone. But giving like 5 days to evacuate those who to and then turning most of the middle east into a sheet of glass would solve a lot of problems.

first off, why would the US do that? unecessary. cost money and how many countries would get pissed off. in US, they have families who live in other countries like thier home countries. US got better ideas to solve issues rather than just say, screw it and nuke the world.
other countries have nukes.. so after US nukes, then other contries will drop nukes..then other counries, etc.. so what we end up is this mass chaotic nuke worldwide catatrophical war.
how can the US live better after nuking a country. remember the US dropped 2 nukes in Japan.

Why nuke them, just stop helping everyone (they all hate us anyway), and then let the rest of the world degrade into the crap-hole that we have been trying to pull them out of.

No more foreign aid, not more relief efforts when disasters hit... none of it.

Then we can pull all of our troops out of Iraq and put them to work securing our borders and we can just sit back and watch them destroy themselves...

Sorry, but now a days, all our nukes are made in China and have a build in safety feature, that they can only be used on Japan. But with the Japanese holding up our economy, we wouldn't be able to get anymore credit to pay the Chinese for the Nukes.
