Yes, I would definitely recommend you SAPTCO. Good and reliable service. I have travelled many times to and fro Jeddah - Riyadh and Riyadh - Dammam.
If you are planning a round trip buy a return ticket, that will cost you a better discounted fare.

Yes I highly recommend this company. Very good sevice. The goodness of the bus depends on if it is new or not. The company is reliable and is a great way to get around in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without driving. I really highly recommend you take the SAPTCO Bus. Beats taking the Taxi cabs.

Yes I would recommend saptco, That is the major bus company in Saudi Arabia. Yes go for it.

Yes they were very "good, clean and reliable"...it was -also- a VIP pilgrimage to Makkah and when governments opt to a certain transportation company this would mean it's the best out there I guess..

I did that from Riyadh to Khobar , but it was a VIP bus.
great and takes about 4 hours.
I recommend to take a book or music player , i-pod whatever to cut the time on you wherever your journey.

depends on the bus.. there are newer ones and older junker ones... But yes there are good clean reliable ones..
