here is the link for you to take PATH trains:

if you take the PATH to Penn station, you can either take the A train to JFK airport (make sure the sign on the train say jfk airport, because there are 2 different a trains).

or

You can take the E train to Suphrin Blvd and transfer to the Airtrain to JFK

I don't know how much it will be for PATH trains but for the NY subway its $2 one way (I believe the Airtrain is $5)

With NJ transit bus:

the bus ride will end at Port Authority on 42st and 8th avenue. From Port Authority you can take the A train to JFK or the E train to Suphrin Blvd for the AirTrain to JFK . The price of the NJTransit bus, according to the website is $5.75 and see above for the cost NY subways.

there are express buses from manhatten to JFk an from belleville to manhatten you can catch path and bus
