thats a tuff one if he is in germany good luck you could usse a search engine in usa like www.intelius.com.......the search could be tedious if he has a common last name bu tyou could find familly etc since they will be listed. then they may have info. good luck I do hope you find your classmate. another one is peoplefinders.com they give associate names. write everyilhtng down for cross refernecing
