What these two are doing is harassment, and there is no reason that you should be forced to deal with it. If telling them that you don't like the way that you're being treated doesn't work, make a phone call to the Better Business Bureau. You have rights.

Kristy,
First tell him you are not interested in dating the boss or his son. Tell the same thing to the son (that you are not interested in dating the bosses son, or the boss either for that matter). They may or may not know of each other's coming on to you. If they don't, then you telling them "No" in that matter can work toward your favor. If they are working in concert with each other, then they both will know your answer. If that doesn't stop the harassment, report it. If your boss is the owner however, then look for employment elsewhere as another recourse is probably not available to you. I take it you like the job, otherwise you probably would have left before this. Oh, one more thing, is your boss married? Then confide in his wife that her husband and her son are making the job unbearable! Maybe she can have some influence on stopping their poor behavior! Best Wishes and Good Luck to you in this!!!

I would suggest getting in contact with the fair lbor board in your county. They have the resources to file charge for you. They will also protect you from being fired by them once you've made a complaint. I would also suggest you contact an attorney, and possibly the local sheriffs office.
In each case you will have created a paper trail. This will help you if you ever have to take legal action against them.
You may even write a formal letter to both your boss, and his son sent via certified letter, or UPS, or someother form in which they need to sign for it. Have it notorized, and copied.

In the end though, you may just need to find a new job. But you may have someof their money to hold you over until then.

The problem is Kristy, your hot. That's not a come on, it's just a fact. The work environment is tricky because you're dealing with your financial future. If you really feel like you are being harrassed by your boss, then politely confront him and tell him that he making you uncomfortable. If he doesn't stop, then you might have a serious problem and will have to report him. But usually, by directly confronting him will put a stop to it.

Well you have to make a choice do you want to feel this way about your job... Probably not but what you should do is get proof and an attorney... try and see if you can find one who will work pro-bono... I don't encourage women to go off the handle sueing every man who hits on them but if you have let this person know that you do not appriciate or encourage these advances on yourself them you have no other choice... I recomend a digital voice recorder or small digital video recorder...

Get ready for some real uncomfortablness or quit. You can either tell him to stop and make sure you tell everyone that works there the situation so they can corraborate your story so if you need to talk to an attorney-especially if you tell them and give them the opportunity and they still continue. OR QUIT-you will probably want to get fired so that you can say it was sexual harrassment but if you are really unhappy get another job. Nothing can be that great to make you stay and put up with that. NOTHING!

Bring a colleague into a meeting with you and just say that they are both making you feel uncomfortable. You'll have a witness then and they will not want to continue incase a sexual harrasment case is brought by you. Good luck - Nightmare 4 u

Stand up & tell your Boss you are not interested, If he doesn't stop then, go to his Boss & report him & his son if thats what it takes. No woman should have to feel unsafe or uncomfortable in her work wnvironment or elsewhere for that matter.

Tell your parents the situation, or quit the job! People can turn out to be super creeps, so leave before it gets worse!

Is your boss the owner of the company? If not, report to the upper management. You can also call your local labor board. No one has to put up with that crap!!!
