PROTECTION will save her life as well as assist her in NOT getting pregnant. Help her look up the word AIDS on Yahoo so she can read about what unprotected sexual activity can give her. She may already have a disease (there are many see list below)) and be sharing it with her partner(s).
Show her the pictures of the people who have some of these diseases.
I know this is a bit extreme but someone or something needs to shock her into taking care of herself...... because she has to do it for herself!!!! Does she even know how to protect herself?????
AIDS - Bacterial Vaginosis - Chancroid - Chlamydia Gonorrhea - Genital Warts - Granuloma - Hepatitis - Herpes - Lymphogranuloma - Molluscum - Pelvic Inflammatory Disease - Pubic Lice - Scabies - Syphilis - Trichomoniasis - Urinary Tract Infection - Vaginitis - Yeast Infection

Istead of over reacting and pressing charges like most answers seem to recommend, why not sit down with her and talk to her and together (mother & daughter) visit the family GP and discuss the pros & cons of sex and perhaps put her on the pill. I bet the 21 yr old did not know she was 15 so give him a break. Now tat she has had sex, I do not think locking in her bedroom (also illegal) will deter her but perhaps a sensible mature approach from her mother may help her. What were you like at 15?

YES! Think about it. I think she could still get pregnant even if she hasn't had her period yet (not too sure about it) and anyway, that's not the only reason why she should use protection. She could get an STD or something like that. And she is only 10? Oh, my... You gotta teach her some basic sex ed here.

Yes because at her age it is still common for her to get irregular periods but she should always use protection because if shes not pregnaunt then you want to make sure it stays that way. You need to talk to your neice and try to get her away from such immoral conduct that isint good for a kid her age. Good luck with everything!

You obviously have your priorities straight. Apparently (judging by this question) you are not worried about diseases - only conception.
Of course, I think your concern should be that a 10 yo was having sex.
Here is my answer - no, she doesn't need to use protection. She needs to abstain!

Always, always, always use protection. You're not only guarding against pregnancy but there's a lot worse than that floating around out there now. STD's are far more common than one might think, so always use protection.

AIDS and other STD's know's nothing about age. Why is she allowed to do this at the age of 10yrs? You should have done something when you caught her. Take her to talk to A Dr or Nurse to talk about what she is doing.
