Say what you want from him. Skip the pretending to be shy, dainty, female. Look him in the eye and tell him flat out, that you like his personality.
Be specific. Most men are easy to flatter because they don't get it much. Every woman hears, "you're beautiful, you're sexy, i want you, your skin is so soft, your hair is so smooth, " yada, yada, yada. But when is the last time you looked over at a man and told him that little hollow under his bottom lip looked good enough to lick? Or that his shirt really outlined those arms you think are so sexy? When he tells a joke, after you both laugh, look at him and just tell him why you find him funny, and thank him for making you smile.
Appreciate him, compliment him, and respect him. Men are easy, just like women, but less fluff is needed.

You just gotta be really confident, guys find confidence extremely attractive. You have to be careful not to portrey yourself as cocky though, theres a very thin line between the two! Be approachable like friendly and stuff, always smile, get talking to whoever you like. Show him that ye can get on well together while flirting aswell to show that its not just a friendship you're looking for and that you're actually interested in him!! good luck, hope I helped a little! you HAVE gotta have some self belief... belive you are beautiful and confident and that is how he will see you.
wipe the slate clean... go out and about and flirt with strangers its so much easier, and they wont know you at first so you can be as bold as you want.
when you talk touch them...
e.g playfully punch them if they make a joke... or pull there arm if you want to show them something....
that will deepen the bond.
also say what comes into your head and what YOU want to say... not what you think they want you to hear. you have to be yourself and its alot bolder to dot hat than to try and be anything else.
good luck=)

if you want him to take you seriously then all you have to do is..make your self seen and makesure he knows your single. Also be a little nasty to him because thats one way he'll no your flirting. Guys have this little saying-hurtings flirting. So see if that works out. If it doesnt then if you are ever near him touch your lips l/ick you lips. whatever he gets turned on by. he'll get the message.

yeah thats the attitude be different from any other girl he's ever met. be yourself. i know that sounds really cliche but it works. find out his interests and if you have any common ones then let him know, make some sort of connection and strike up a conversation. ive always found that guys really like it when you look into their eyes and be really honest and tell stories about yourself. it's kind of just opening yourself up for them. smile and laugh a lot :) or pucker your lips a little bit. haha.

Believe in yourself, tell yourself how gorgeous, confident, desirable and sexy you are and it will shine through on the outside. Walk with your head held high, bum tucked in and your chest stuck out ( not too far!) and you will be fighting them off. Good luck.
