i really liked this guy that i was with when i lived in the states...we werent officially together but a day before i was leaving the states to move to canada we had a moment where wut we were doing didnt feel like normal foreplay...it had so much meaning to it...it was perfect....every now n then we;d just hug eachother for wut felt like 20 minutes....i told him to do it wit me...n at 1st he was like, 'r u sure? (cuz i was a virgin n he wasnt)...n i said 'it feels right'...but right when he was about to stick it in he backed off...it's been months since i've seen him and i still miss him...i didnt even go out with him but a part of me wonders why he didnt have sex with me...can someone please tell me!..i need a guys advice...i know this makes me sound desperate but trust me i wouldnt just lose it to any guy...n he didnt seem to be just any guy to me...maybe i was just a random girl to him..did he actually care about me is that why he didnt do it?..helpp!!

He probably cared about you. If he saw you as just some random chick he would have taken that V-card in a second. I don't know how you no to a girl saying have sex with me when you've got your dick out and stuff... I honestly don't know.

He may have thought that your most important feeling was to save yourself. Some people think that is necessary. If he had really listened to you he might have gone ahead. I prefer women that are sexually experienced, so maybe he was waiting for that, all men think differently. Sounds like he did care for you, but that stopped short of being sexual with you. Lose the virginity and get on with your life, it is meant to be lived and saving something that has no actual value can only hold you back on enjoying your life.

Maybe he did care about you and didn't want you to lose your virginity to someone who wasn't going to be able to continue a relationship with you since you were moving. He probably is a gentlemen and wanted your first time to be with someone you loved and were in a relationship with that would continue to be able to support and love you after the fact. Seems like a good guy to me. That or you are ugly and he didn't want to lol

I think the guy is a gentle man thats why!
He does not like you be hurt in the future(i think).
It's not nice for him to **** with you if you are not a just an ordinary girl!
You may miss him because of the frustration that you are feeling right now!

A guy doesn't have to 'care' to want to get it on. No protection? He probably got cold feet worrying about pregnancy or STDs. Yes gals, we guys do sometimes consider such things, even at the heat of the moment.

It doesn't mean that if he didn't take your virginity he does not care about you - take things positively. First times are huge responsibilities, these things are special. Maybe he just wanted your first to be more special, or maybe he did not think he was deserving to be your first. You really wouldn't know the truth unless you ask him.

He likes you and cares about you too much. He doesn't want to be responsible for doing something that big as taking away your virginity because he doesn't want to feel guilty if nothing comes out of that relationship.

Men don't have to care about the girl to sleep with her.
This is just the opposite. He cared for you very much so he didn't want to do it and then never see you again because it would mean hurting you both.

Guys will just do it, casually, if they can get away with it. he probably thought you were special, or somebody he will have to settle with if he does it with you. He knows you don't just do it for fun. And maybe he wasn't ready for a very serious relationship.
Or maybe, just maybe, he is gay.
