Let's look at the NKJV:

I find more bitter than death The woman whose heart is snares and nets, Whose hands are fetters. He who pleases God shall escape from her, But the sinner shall be trapped by her.

He's not saying ALL women are more bitter than death, only the ones whose hearts are snares and nets and whose hands are fetters (manipulative and demanding) - if you please God, He'll deliver you from her, but if you're an unrepentent sinner He'll leave you to your own devices and you won't be able to get free of her.

Men and women are both called Honey, Sweetheart and any number of other pet names - it's an expression of affection.

You didnt know the history of Solomon, who write this book.
Solomon was very closed to God until He meet woman from another religion and nations that impressed him so much and became his wifes. He has 1000 wifes.
After he had all his wifes then he became get far from God, He start to build some statue for his wifes to worship to.
At the end of his life, he was very sorry to God so he want to warn us, so we can learn from his life.

yes,women are good but in general,their influence on men and their morality is bad.when a man desires a woman he doesnt hesitate in commiting crimes whether big or small( theft,lie,deciet, dishonesty,murder,vengence etc) and easily deviates from the path of god.
