I have downloaded a application and now I want to delete it but I can't. I have try restarting my PC and going on Safe Mode to delete it but it always give a me a error that says it is being use by another program or person and it tell me to close the program that is using the file but the application it not being used at all. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have used this "DELNEXT.EXE" to remove difficult files like what you are talking about.

Best way to get rid of a program you dont want installed anymore is through the control panel, then add/remove programs, then highlight the relevant program and choose remove.

Try removing from add/remove in controle panel. If that does not work than close Indexing services & system restore too. If this also does not works than download your uninstaller from http://www.softarchive.net this will uninstall the application.

If its a software use add/remove programs from control panel . You can also use software such as Tune Up Utilities which comes with a uninstaller.
