if you don't believe in a god at all, your more than likely an athiest.
an agnostic is someone who is not entirely athiest but not entirely religious. they might believe in a supernatural being, but believe nothing said about in a specific religion.

Agnostic is someone who claims he/she doesn't know what the real truth is (if there is or isn't a God),he claims that it is not possible to establish such truth
You seem like an agnostic to me, you also seem pretty.
There are plenty of evidence backing up evolution, but that's another story. Right now I'd advise you to search for your own answers. There is also a lot of evidence backing up religions, search and discover stuff from some of them, this "seeing for believing" argument might just crumble.
Neither atheism nor agnosticism are religions
that's it

Agnostic literally means, "One who doesn't know." It's not a Religion, just a life long quest for spiritual truth, if there is any.
Atheism IS a Religion. To be an Atheist, you have to BELIEVE that there is no God, no spirit, no Gods, no divine presence of any kind. And you thought Christians had to have Faith.... Atheists can be just as dogmatic as Theists. Their disbelief in the Supernatural often leads them to reject out of hand evidence of unusual Natural phenomena.
To put it simply, the Agnostic doesn't have Faith in anything. The Atheist has a lot of Faith in Nothing.

the defintion of agnostic means you believe in a creator/god/ultimate spirit/the Force or something created and is existent but deny any presumptions about that "thing" basically you believe theres something more to everything but your not sure what and to know what youd have to see it for yourself if you believe anything at all your not an atheist atheist literally means you believe in nothing not god not the tooth fairy not santa not anything oh and heres a tip when people ask you or tell you what your are atheist or agnostic or whatever if don't absolutely agree with them or what ever they called you then just say your are who you are and you believe in what you believe in that way you can explain your beliefs and your point of view and get into an interesting discussion and just take the approach of if you can convince me that your right annd im wrong then go ahead but im gonna get my say in it too

I would say you could be an atheist, but you are uncertain enough to be considered an agnostic.
You appear to be open to evidence that might suggest there is a higher power, but you haven't seen or found that evidence yet. If it were to present itself you might find yourself believing in something that I might call God.
I spent a number of years as an agnostic for pretty much the same reasons you have given. I do not think God and evolution are incapable of coexisting. In fact I believe God used and continues to use evolutionary processes to create and fine-tune life.
There is no reason to suggest that physical evidences of prehistoric life forms are anything other than proof that these life forms existed. I believe in order for us to reach the level of intelligence and order we have attained we certainly need scientifically observable processes, but we also need some power to direct those processes, and I choose to call that power God.
I would suggest you maintain your curiosity, something religious people advised me not to do, and be open to new ideas and evidences if you see them.
I believe mankind is better for the most part because of some of the positive influences of religion. Certainly the ancient Greeks owed some of their enlightenment to their pantheistic religious beliefs.
Religion has also given us the order of law and the positive influences of modern belief systems. Some religions have been destructive, of course, but I think that is more because of the nature of man than the nature of God.

The difference is
An Atheist actively disbelieves in god because there is no proof
An Agnostic neither believes nor disbelieves so decides not to follow a religion

Athiests believe that there is no, God, no anything of a higher power what-so-ever. Agnostics don't necessarily believe in God, but believe in some form of higher power. They can also be someone who believes in God, but believes that God is not for us to understand or contemplate.

Actually, there is NO proof that upholds the theory of Evolution...thats why its a theory, theres no absolute proof. And you say you have to see something to believe it? Did you SEE this world in existence a million years ago? I didnt think so...
