Is there anyway to convert a bin file to dvd.( i.e.) avi or such thanks for your help

Mount the bin file on a drive/directory using tools like virtual drive or something.Then extracting must b very simple.For conversion i use ffmpeg.If you need a gui based interface check out erightsoft's super encoder(It does hell a lot of format conversions).

A bin file is an image of a CD.
When you burn it with Nero or other CD burning software, you get your VCD or DVD.
