He needs to go to the vet, ASAP. DOn't wait, this sounds like a serious infection. Goop coming from the eyes is nothing to mess around with. Go tomorrow, get him some veterinary help

It sounds like what happened to my dog. His eyes got all crusty and his eyelids very glued shut by it. We thought maybe it was some dirt and we peeled it off but the next day it was back. So then we took him to the vet . The stuff that they gave us was a goop that you apply to his eye. It got better almost immediately. Although it temporairily bleached the hair next to his eye so now it's white. So it's either he got some dirt in his eye and his eye is trying to clean it out or he has the infection that my dog had. I dont know about the swollen face thing but ( like someone said) he might have been stung by some sort or insect. If it doesn't get any better by the time this question expires i suggest that you take him to the vet before it gets too bad.

Biting your dog is NOT okay. Not only he may get aggresive, he probably won't go near you anymore. I think you should treat the dog how you would like to be treated. Of coarse you yell at hm when he's bad, but not in the face. How would YOU feel if he bit you in the face? You would probably be p***ed off. If you treat a dog with love and affection, while correcting him WHEN HE'S BAD, the dog will love you and be loyal to you. And when you do correct him when he's bad, you don't yell at him the face. You let him know what he's done wrong while being stern, and nice.

It sounds like allergies, and perhaps a yeast infection as well.He needs to see a vet right away.He probably needs to take antihistamines, antifungals, and maybe steroids to get him back in shape. He will also need eye ointment and medicated shampoo, and maybe a special diet. He can;'t be feeling good with all that happening to him,so I would call the vet first thing tomorrow if I were you.

It sounds like an infection, either skin or eye. It is fairly serious, especially if it's in his eyes. Eye infections, if untreated, can lead to blindness. The skin condition/lumps may be associated with the eye, or may be independent. But I agree, take him to a vet.

Your dog could have been stung in the face by a bee or waspvery close to the eye! That happened to my moms chocolate Labrador before.....& if he was stung by a bee & it getting worse he may be allergic to bees or whatever stung him! Definetly take him to the vet as soon as u can!

Yeah, sounds like an infection or an allergy to something. Take him to the vet. Get some antibiotics or whatever your vet prescribes.

Could be mange. Mange is a parasite that eats away the flesh, and the hair falls out. You need to get him to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It can be fatal if not treated in time.
