today i had a HUGE fight with my sis..coz she is just going crazy about this guy...and i know she's gonna be heart broken AGAIN. this is her fourth "serious" Boyfriend, and i'm pissed off now. she just keeps jumping from one to another. she spends more than 12 hours a day just to talk to him, she skips her jobs, skips dinner with the family...thats just crazy. AND THIS IS HER FOURTH!!!!! and i had a fight with her because i told her that she's wasting too much of her time, but she went crazy and got physical! thats NOT cool and i really really got pissed off...i really need to know what i should do...that will help her understand that she doesn't need a guy to support her and she can live without ONE!!!

alright..one good thing about this situation is that you care about her, but it is best to let your sister make her own mistakes soon she will know he is not the one, or maybe it is? Just be there when things do go wrong =) I wish my brother cared about me the way you care about her

I think you have a right to be worried about your sister, I mean, she's you sister. But now that you've tried and apparently failed, you should just let her be. Hopefully this one will be the ONE serious BF that becomes a husband for her, and if it doesn't happen that way, then the best you can do is always be there for her.
Good luck...

PS: I wish I had a brother like you...

She and you and all of us are individuals--free to make our own choices--good or bad. We are all responsible for our actions. She has yet to figure out that she is heading for disaster. You tried to talk to her--so don't try anymore. Sorry but some people have just got to learn the hard way. She has a problem with priorities and a problem with relationships---she will have to stop all this on her own. Anything that causes her to lose a job or waste her time unnecessarily will have to be recognized be HER. We all learn our lessons. Nice of you to care--but you see it doesn't work....so stop it. Has mom or dad tried??Skips dinner??? why do they allow that?? This is tough--just say nothing at all--it won't do any good--concentrate on your own life. Good luck

well....all i can say is that you have the right to fight with your sister..but since she can't accept your advice...then just leave her alone at the moment. Of course you wish this is her last and succesful BF to become her husband, but if it doesn't turn out to be what you wish for, then give her sometime before you brainwash her thoroughly. You should talk to her nicely as she may become depressed after she broked up...this may help her thinking back the happy moment she had with your family....hope this could help...wish your sister all the best

She will learn that lesson on her own. Approaching her in an aggressive and condescending manner will only make her defensive. Let her live her life, and if she's a teenager, and your parents have a problem, let them deal with it.

well your right and you u really cant help someone that doesn't want to be helped but since its your sis then you might want to give her a reality check like videotape her and what she does then sit her down and and show her the tape it just might work ( hope this helps)

I wish I had a brother like you. My brother would just be like.."now that you have a boyfriend, you can get out of my way" ...quote!

her bf will always come first, just remember that, you kind of sound insulting, making it seem like this one wont last either, let her do what she wants to do, she will only learn by herself.
