Why would you kill a tree to make any book or lets say to eat? A very good question.

In the view of the many of the religions, the world was created to serve the righteous man. Therefore, if a tree was needed to serve a holy purpose which will serve the righteous man then it is worthwile.

Why do you kill plants so you can eat? Why do you remove oxygen from the air so you can breathe? Why do you pollute the environment so you can type on your computer?

We are part of the living earth. People use wood to build houses and make books. We are expected to make use of our time and resources on earth, as long as we respect them.
