An industrial is an ear piercing where there is a 1-2" bar going thru the top part of your ear cartillage(pierced thru 2 points-hurts quite a bit.... i have 1)
A monroe is a lip piercing located above the lip off to the side resembling Marilyn Monroes mole (dont no if those hurt)

the piercing at the top of your ear. it's a long bar going through your cartilage. it's cute. A Marilyn Monroe is a piercing on the top right or top left of your lip where a beauty mark is located.

a monroe is like a beauty mark,to the side of your upper lip..but a small or big if you want it earing.

it is a double cartlige peircing. it has a large bar going through both holes.
