Finally, a real question.
My friend, I used to be addicted to porn...not just watching, but my lawyer boss defended pornographers. I was invited to many shoots. i WAS HOOKED beyond comprehension. Then about 5 years ago I received a film. It was a body builder pounding a girl. I swear he was going to break her pelvis when all of a sudden the camera exposed on her face.
To my horror I saw she was laughing and giggling with white powder around her nostrils and I could tell she was only 15 or 16 y/o. I was horrified. What had I become? I didn't do it on purpose, but it was what it was. I was so depressed. 2 days later on the 7oo club Pat Robertson quoted a psalm that said "the lord says thou shall place nothing wicked before me.
I was cured from that moment on. I now speak to other men about quitting porn.
My Friend, ask God He will heal you if you really want it.
In Christ The Psalm is 100 or 101

First of all, you are especially susceptible to this because you are a man. We men are very visually oriented as far as our sexuality goes.
The first thing you are going to have to do is to either cut your Internet connection or put some form of blocker on it.
If it doesn't stop there, you are going to have to confide in a trusted person, hopefully a counselor of some sort. That's the first step in breaking an addiction (or at least controlling it) telling someone about it. But just make sure that is a trusted person and not someone who cannot handle the situation and who is not a nut case.
I hope this helps you. I don't know all of the answers but I think the suggestions I have given you will help towards a path of recovery. I don't think anyone ever truly gets over an addiction (especially to porn) but one can learn to control it.
Just an aside: Don't think you are alone. Some of the most down to earth guys you know with beautiful wives or girlfriends secretly have this addiction. Lots of times it starts in adolescence and it gets out of control.
Good luck to you.

Free porn as mentioned above and it has to loose its novelty after a while does it not? I mean when I first got this computer that is all I did now look at what I am doing. And, no, I don't have any porn opened up in another window.

i've been looking at porn on the net since i was 16 (that was 1994).. now i'm 28, married and still do it everyday. sorry i wish i could tell you it stops, but i haven't found a way. all i can say is that i've never paid for it, which is such a great thing. it actually helps me exercise self-control because i know i can always just get back to the computer to get what i need, so in a way i don't need it constantly.. does that make sense? i hope so

It takes will my friend will, just say STOP to your brain..you are stronger than that and you know it. Not that porn is bad, but the problem it is addicting to you and controlling your life. REMEMBER! You're the one in control, and if possible try to do it on your own...that you know you can trust yourself.

Find a woman that can do all your fantasies that you see in porn and I think that could replace the porn addiction. Nothing Better than the real thing :D

First, take a few of these --> .......
Place them where necessary.
If you put your computer in a place with high visibility/little privacy, then you won't use it to look at porn.

you need to set your mind against it and try prayer.
or try thinking if those women were your mom or sister who would you feel. the women are all some ones daughter would you want men looking at your daughter that way. I know it is hard but to be hones it will harm any future relationship you have even now you have done damage. but if you cant stop it I feel you are waisting your life.

What is the matter with you? LOL just kiding....
It's normal to look at porn, cause it "feeds the flesh" as it says in the bible. We are human, no one can say that you can't look at porn. We all do from time to time. The reason we do is the "taboo" part of us that says we shouldn't. Now just listen: Say to yourself "I can look at porn." Just say that to yourself when ever you get the feeling to look. And in time the addictive part of you should feel a release from it.
