Hi Rose;
I have known the Lord for over 33 years, and there is nothing He could ask me to do that I would not do provided I knew it was Him doing the asking. My wife is a dedicated Christian as are all my seven children.
God speaks to me whenever I am willing to listen, and He patiently waits for me to pay attention when I am not listening.
He has answered my prayers many times and has done miracles ( the real kind ) not finding my car keys for me but things others would find hard to believe. Recently He has been speaking to me about being involved much more in intercession and street evangelism.
I am Christian 100% through and through 24/7 - awake or asleep. God is my Father, Christ is my King and Lord and the Holy Spirit is my guide. I fear no man because the word teaches that the fear of man is a snare to the soul. I fear no devil or demon because I have cast them out in the name of Christ and know the authority He has given me over them.
I too am tired of church because the whole Bible with all the negatives and positives is no longer preached. God is all love or what I call "sloppy agape" and provides salvation in many churches as a free gift with no strings or commitment attached. The preaching is dull and powerless in a time when preaching that brings conviction of sin and calls to repentance is sorely needed. The service runs so smoothly in most churches that if God pulled the Holy Spirit out of the service it would go on as usual and nobody would know the difference.
Well you should sense my spirit by now. I am not a person who sits around complaining. My spirit is evangelistic and prophetic and I don't back down for anyone or anything when I know God has something to say through me.
I love people and care about where they spend eternity, and that is predominant in my thinking and my prayers. Heaven and Hell are realities to me and I live accordingly.
There is nothing in the world I would rather talk about than God and what He is doing and wants to do if we will just learn to "Trust and Obey" as the old hymn says.

Since the day I went down on my knees in a little country church and was baptized in the Holy Ghost, I have had nothing but the desire to know more. I received the Holy Ghost and spoke in a heavenly language and heard his voice and felt his presence. I will forever be searching for more and more truth. I know that I am in the family of God and I love him for taking the time to bring me home. With all my heart and with all my soul, I trust him to keep me until that day when no more pain or sorrow will be found. He is my foundation and I am trying to build on that.

I Do and have for many years. I feel very fortunate to have been put in a place by God to have receive his word . I remember at the age of 4 getting up in front of the whole Church and singing songs, without music and without half the words, but every Sunday, I just couldn't wait. I do feel very sorrowful for the ones who don't believe, The greatest gift one could only hope for in this sinful, dirty, nasty world of Satans, and they don't want it. I just could not imagine my life without him! He told me that he would never leave me and he never has. "Thank You, Jesus"! Forever in the Masters Service.

I Love God, God Loves me. He has come through loud and clear through some of the spiritual books I've read. I've read the "Conversations With God" series by N.D.W. These really opened my eyes to what God is really thinking. Now I am reading "The Power of Positive Thinking" by N.V.P. It talks about how God is there for you if you want him.

Yes. He is the Light of my life, the Essence of my being, the Reason why I am. I've come to know Him in the beauty of His holiness. Through Jesus I have this intimate and personal relationship with my Dad. I can go to HIm whenever and wherever I am, sharing all my thoughts, uncertainties and questions with Him. Nothing in the world can compare to the moments we spent together - Him loving me and me loving Him [by grace through His Spirit] He speaks to me and reveals HIs word to me,
It is Psalm 23 coming to pass - Him being my Shepherd and me not wanting, for He is my everything. He guides me in paths of righteousness, leading me to quiet and still waters.
My quiet moments in His presence is not intercession - it is being with Him, experiencing HIs heart, being loved by Him.
Itis hearing His sweet voice speaking to me, healing me and calming my fears. but also rebuking me and convictiing me of my sin. When I am with Him, I am with my Papa. I enjoy the wealth of the richness of His love!
I simply adore Him........
I always say that there is much more to God than being saved from eternal damnation!

Knowing God is not about religous routine. Its about having a live and vivid relationship with the one you call savior. Its about listening, and the miracle of hearing whisper to your heart. Its having the ability to see him and his beauty in everything and everyone. Its the ability to love and not pass judgement to anyone (i struggle sometimes with this) Its about being passionate about the one who gave his sinless, perfect life just so we could spend eternity with him. For God SO loved the world that he gave his only begotten son so whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. He didnt just love the world, he loved it SO much, he loved each and every one of his CHILDREN SO much.

Sure, I love many invisible myths with all my heart and soul, doesnt everyone?
Maybe you will meet a pretender who pretends the same way you pretend and then it will feel so right, like you both will march hand and hand into heaven admist a rain of flower pedals.
