There is no such thing as a "science bashing creationist".
Many of us creationists are scientists! You've heard some of our names; Newton, Einstein, Kepler, Tombaugh, and many others.
I especially like Einstein's "Science is thinking God's thoughts after He did." and Kepler's "I know there is such a law (ie. planetary motion) because God is a god of order!"
C'mon, cousin. Your hatred isn't productive in any way. It's just...boring. And has no place in science.
We creationists encourage you to develop the same love of science we have, to capture the excitement of unraveling a mystery, to see the beauty and order of God's creation. If you can't do that, just try to set aside your prejudices and do good science. That'd be enough.
May God bless you and you serch for Truth.

Judging from this list and how you use your words, you must be of the Abraham religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam), right? As a Catholic, and proud of it, I understand what you're saying but this isn't necessary or fair.
Please let me explain, if this kind of question is possible to answer. After all, this kind of question has been seeking the "right" answer since mankind began to wonder about their existence and how we got here, so this question can never be answered by a single person, whether then or now, nor does this one question have a single answer.
Yours is not even a question, and yet it is. This question does not make sense, but yet it does. You ask why those not religious, to those religions I mentioned earlier, not see our side of the story, why they continually try to prove theories or claim to make discoveries that prove we, religious, are wrong in our thinking, though they themselves possibably don't know what they believe in or the answer they seek for their question. This is frustrating to us all. We know, we all feel the same within ourselves. However, playing the same game to prove your point makes you no better than those people. We all have our beliefs, and we have a right to those beliefs, regardless of what they are. We can't simply condone others for how they think or what they believe in.That is not how God would ever want it, but it doesn't mean that it is easy to do.
If indeed you're religious, then you know as well as I that many religious people have contributed to science and used sciene. So what's wrong with that? Gregor Mendel was a monk who tested with pea plants and their traits. THis paved the way to genes and genetics, to DNA and cells, which you mentioned earlier. Einstein, a Jew, of course made several scientific breakthroughs and contributed to science while keeping God in mind, and he always thanked him greatly and fondly. Without their help, so many people would die of such horrible diseases or suffer such great pain now, and throughout the world had they not did what they did. Wouldn't that be how Jesus would want us to do, help those before yourself, to care for the sick and weak? They merely accomplished their religious ideals through science. So in a way, without religion, there would be no science, not the kind we know as of today anyway.
Also, not everything that scientists say are utter lies and frauds. Nor what they have done is evil and wrong. There were dinosaurs, were there not? We are eaten by decomposers and bacteria after death, yes? There are genes and cells, correct? Just because this is true, then that doesn't mean that there really is no God. Actually, only God could create such a magnifiecent, complex, and yet beautiful universe/system...truely, this should only strenghten your faith, as it does mine anyway. Besides, we are mere mortals, how are we to understand all such wonders and mysterys? Haad not been for scientists, then modern communication wouldn't exsist, hindering us of helping people in danger or provide aide to the injuried. If your faith in God is true, none of the things you spoke of should ever affect you, as Jesus said turn the other check and offer the other. It is our world, a world created by man the moment at the Garden of Eden with the apple, course you know that story.
These hateful remarks put you, or I, nor anyone else of the religious world, in any better light with the rest of the world. It is normal to get mad, to be sad, to express emotions, as Jesus had done all the time and throughout the Bible. However, there is a time, a place, and a manner in whith we can express our feelings and thoughts. Man usuallly chooses not too, unfortuantely. After all, didn't Jesus die for our sins so that we may all be free of hatred and malice towards others so that we may live happily and joyfully in peace? These actions go against just that, but we all offend our Lord now and then, don't we?
What I'm trying to say is, and if you don't agree or are angered by my responce then this is fine too, it is ok to be angry, to not understand the doings of others and why they do it. Hold-fast to your faith, forgive those who sin against you, and walk in the light of God and the Lord. This is the most complex, and yet in some ways the most simpliest answer, I can give, you know? I'm not saying I know everything there is to being religious, far from it. I couldn't even begin to understand all there is to my faith, but this much I'm certain.
If you are not religious, then it is going against your belief in what you just said, asking this kind of question on a computer and all? But that matters little to me, rather, I don't honestly mind, if that were the case. I hope you find your own answer, one that will satisfy your question, if this one or any other one doesn't. Please, ignore those who belittle you or are confused in what to believe in. Follow the path, and Jesus will guide you, as a shepard who watches over his sheep.
I hope this helps in any way. Sorry for any mistakes I made while writing. I hope this can ease whatever haunts your mind or faith and put it at rest. Peace be with you. ( I'm starting to sound like my priest, lol, but in a good way)
