My favourite soup is Tomyam Gon ( Shrimp cooked in Tomyam Soup) May be you can't buy all the ingredients in Australia, just go to the Asian supermart and get a bottle of Tomyam sauce and add in water and cook for 5 minit. Add in fresh shrimps and fresh spring onion. Do not over cook the shrimps. Once it turns red in color, its done.
