Why does my boss burn pretty much every emplyee he has behind their back?

My boss calls his other employees retards and idiots behind their backs all the time. What is going on? I probobly get **** said about behin my back as well. What should I do about him?

Talk **** behind his back, **** him off, and then fire your boss.

First find another job then leave. Don't bother to tell him why he won't learn and you don't care enough about him to risk a bad reference. If he loses enough people maybe he will figure it out but not your problem.
