Written communication can be even more difficult to interpret than face to face communication, facial expressions and tone of voice are lost and can make written words seem what they are not.
Try reading some Bible scripture with a humorous grin on your face, it gives everything a very different meaning.

Well, a lot of that has to do with the structure of the question. For example
What are you going to do when you die and find out there is no Heaven?
This is an actually question that I've seen asked. The structure of the question speak factually of the asker's beliefs. This happens a lot on R/S. People have become defensive here.
I remember when there were people that were using pornography as their avatars. There are people that have such a low self esteem, they need to find way to hurt others to make themselves feel better. sad really.
Well, I hope this was helpful. Best wishes.

Probably because they're uses to seeing so much of the self-righteousness and "my religion is better than your religion" that goes on in here. Reminds me of Mensa meetings where bunches of insecure people are running around trying to prove they're "more intelligent" than the next person. <<< Phooey!! >>>

There's no way to bash non-religion. It's like saying dihydrogen monoxide sucks because it exists.

Because there are so many absolutely stupid questions here.
OK, how do you answer without any sarcasm a question like this "I know for a FACT, that God exists. Prove to me he doesn't exist."
This is a REAL question I read some time ago.

Because so many "questions" are rants/bashes against the people they are asking questions of.

Why do Christians claim that gay people wanting to be treated fairly are "persecuting" them? It's cause by an inflated sense of self-entitlement brought on by a delusion of actually believing you have the one infallible truth.
