No, christains are not fools...whomever love themself, loves the lord..The Lord is Love...The begining of Wisdon is to fear the Lord!

Yes, respecting the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, because the wisdom of men is foolishness. We are indeed wise only in our own eyes. The Lord's ways are higher than our own.

I am no fool, the Bible says that we should call no one a fool.

The Psalmist said that God is love, thus to love after the manner of God is not foolishness, but wisdom eternal. We don't fear the Lord in the same manner, fear in the old testament can mean to reverence.
