Is there a way to do an Edit-Replace in an Excel Chart?

For example to change the worksheet that it refers to.

If you right click it, you get some options to edit the chart, but I don't think you can change the replace the data from within a chart. I think you have to modify the source data directly.

If you want to change the data source, (like the worksheet it refers to) you can right click the chart and chose "select data". That's how it works in Excel 2007. I'm not sure how older version work.
