on my left side on my heart i press down and it hurts when i push in one place and i always have a tight shoulder feels like its being sqeezed or something plz help! and i rub my finger across it and feel somethin move there.

you have several muscles and ligaments that run between the shoulder and the rib cage, stop pressing on the area, if it is bruised there you will only make it worse. Give it a month before you check it again, if it is still sore in the same spot, see a doctor.

Your description is a little vague. The "something moving" kindof sounds like endocarditis. That's an infection in the sack surrounding the heart. The tight shoulder and the feeling "like its being squeezed" sounds like a myocardial infarction, or heart attack. The previous contributor is right that it could be your rib or shoulder muscles, but you want to rule out heart trouble.
Go see your doctor. Now. If the chest pain gets worse, call 911. Seriously.
