I haven't been able to go do number 2 for about 2 weeks now and I only go when I FORCE myself to. and i give out a teensy weensy bit of poop (sorry). I've eaten lots of oatmeal, papaya, wheat bread but nothing seems to work. I'm scared of having hemorrhoids because well, it seems to be starting to develop. What do i do to have normal bowel movement (which is DAILY for me)?

This is what I found on Web MD...hope it helps!

What Causes Constipation?
Constipation is usually caused by a disorder of bowel function rather than a structural problem. Common causes of constipation include:
* Inadequate water intake.
* Inadequate fiber in the diet.
* A disruption of regular diet or routine; traveling.
* Inadequate activity or exercise or immobility.
* Eating large amounts of dairy products.
* Stress.
* Resisting the urge to have a bowel movement, which is sometimes the result of pain from hemorrhoids.
* Overuse of laxatives (stool softeners) which, over time, weaken the bowel muscles.
* Hypothyroidism.
* Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis.
* Antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum.
* Medicines (especially strong pain medicines, such as narcotics, antidepressants or iron pills).
* Depression.
* Eating disorders.
* Irritable bowel syndrome.
* Pregnancy.
*Age
* Colon disorders

What Should I Do If I am Constipated?
*Get Regular...Go to the bathroom at the same time each morning. Make this your morning "habit," as colonic motor activity is highest at this time.
*Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless fluid restricted).Try warm liquids, especially in the morning.
*Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. especially prunes (buy the baby food, I found it so much easier to digest)
*Relax-Because stress can interfere with relaxation of the whole body, including the bowels, it's important to use some type of relaxation technique daily. Satish Rao, MD, PhD, FRCP, professor of medicine and director of neurogastroenterology and GI motility at the University of Iowa, finds that many patients cannot push properly because they are too rushed and stressed. "They have too little time to take care of their bodies," says Rao.
*Talk to Your Doctor About Medications-Medications and laxatives can help relieve constipation, but they must be taken carefully and for short periods of time. Consult with your doctor before taking any medication.

Sounds like you may not be taking in enough water with the fiber, you need at least 2 liters of water a day(not soft drinks-water, tea and coffee are OK). Consider trying buying a few pounds of seedless grapes and eat them all in one setting(or prune juice or dried prunes). . Also, consider a tablespoon of olive oil a day. You may want to consider a enema for a few days to ease the strain, until you get regulated. If I recall, there is a new yogurt product on the market that may best useful--forgot what it is called--but it is heavily advertised on TV. Really don't know how well it works. If you still are having problems, You may need to contact a physician, you may have a blocked bowel.
Wish you the best all hope all works out for you.

A lot of fiber is good, but you also need to be sure that you are drinking at least 64oz.(8 cups) of water a day. The fiber needs water to help digest the fiber and an increase of fiber without increasing the water can cause your body to be dehydrated.
Eating a lot of fruit is great for your body, it contains a good amount of fiber, and water as well.
I had problems with my bowel movements as well a couple months ago, I was pooping blood. My parents made sure that I drank a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber.

that's pretty unbelievable. You haven't been able to poop for 2 weeks ?? Even when eating all that fiber ? Hard to believe. You might want to try drinking more water. Fiber pulls water into your intestines, thereby dehydrating you. So the more fiber you consume, the more water you need, which would thereby ... how can I put this politely ... soften everything up down there, so it would come out easier.

Use Flax Seed Oil and becareful, sometime fiber can have a negative result. i have IBS and I actually cannot tolerate fruits. the acid in them hurts my tummy. Do you have bloating that comes and goes? If so you might have IBS. Your body needs to get that out so do something soon. Not pooing for 2 weeks is NOT good. Believe me! Watch out for those terrible gas bubbles...it feels like your insides are about to rupture. If you get one...lie on your back and put your knees up..put your hips in the air and let the air bubble rise up. ....it does help.
Lots of luck to you and your number 2.

Are you drinking enough water? Have you try prune juice?Another suggestion for constipation is taking Noni... you can get this from the health foods store both in liquid or in caps. Be sure to get one that has not many other fruit juice added. 100% Noni does not taste good.. Two good brands you can try on are Genesis Today & Tahiti..they are both in liquid form.

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/oE3NF
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.

I would suggest you try some fruit ,fresh fruit is best. apples,oranges, peaches, etc. also fiber would help.As a last choice try a laxative, but do not use laxatives too often as you may become dependent on them. I hope this helps if not you need to see a doctor as this can be very serious.

Because if not then you have nothing to excrete. Try colon cleanse from a vitamin shop. I use it regularly, cleans my system out really good
