Watch your calorie intake and exercise like you have been. Don't hog down Wendy's for dinner.
Try baked/broiled fish, tuna, skinless/boneless chicken, turkey breast, ham as your meats. Eat raw or steamed vegetables (keeps nutrients in and watch the sodium intake!). Cut out soda all together. It's just extra calories. Drink more water (will make your skin look better as well) Don't eat more fruits than you are supposed to (some have a lot of natural sugars) Oatmeal is good for you as well.

Well you should start by drinking a lot of water,at least 8 cups at day and if you really want to get skinnier you should eat more vegetable and less rice and make sure that when you cook rice, just don't add any type of oil to it. Other thing you can do is relax your mind and try to forget about the fact that you're gaining weight, sometimes it's just part of your imagination. Try to do some outdoor activities like playing volleyball, basketball, and riding a bike that would help a lot .

To get skinnier eating healthy is important, but the true secret to getting skinnier is by a burning more calories than you take in. Depending on how much fat you want to lose you want to have a calorie deficit and by that I mean say you eat 1600 and you burn 2000 a day through exercise and basic living you have a deficit of 400 calories. Once you reach 3500 calories in your deficit you have burned one pound of pure fat. Additionally, eating 5 times a day will help keep your metabolism up which will help burn fat. Like eating breakfast, 2-3 hours later a small small snack, lunch, 2-3 hours later a small small snack, dinner, 2-3 hours later go to bed NO SNACKING. Really burns fat not snacking before bed. Some of the foods that are great for helping burn fat can be found at:

Sounds like your doing great so far with the working out. In my opinion, it's all about proportion. You can eat sweets and stuff but only a little at a time and maybe once a week. Also, the usual fruits and vegetables are good for you, but you don't have to eat like oranges and bananas and all that usual stuff. I love papaya and I think it taste great and it flushes out your system. Mixing fruit into cereal is pretty good too. If you eat salad, make sure its dark leaves. Plus, drink 8 servings of water. Keeps you hydrated, skin smooth, and can reduce appetite.

In my experience cutting the sweets and soda pop is a good start also Cranberry juice is a proven drink that will help clean your system out or detox it also continue drinking water. I have also had luck with Protiene such as broiled chicken without the skin great chicken noodle soup but easy on the noodles as they are pasta and that isn't helpfull for loosing weight or skinless broiled chicken and vegitibles steamed or not. but before you get to the above you have to start with just trying smaller portions and still cut out the sweets and soda have a moderate amount once a week so you don't just loose it one day and wreck your diet.. it is ok to reward yourself in moderation once and a while. as you start eating the smaller portions your stomach will begin to shrink and you wont feel hungery as much that doesn't mean stop eating it just means eat when you feel hungery but don't go 24 hours without eating if you do your body will start to break down your muscle and other tissues and turn them into energy... if you need any more help talk to me... hope I helped...

There aren't specific foods that will cause you to lose weight. The current recommendations are 6 MODERATELY-PORTIONED meals spaced evenly throughout the day, instead of the old standard of "3 square meals". That combined with exercise should do it, unless you have some sort of thyroid problem, which can only be diagnosed by a doctor.

i want to lose some extra baggage too. I dont consider myself fat or over weight at all, i just gained some pounds. What i eat is, vegtables and friuts. No junk food! Also, if you go to Publix, but the cereal Special-K, and the snack bars that come along with them, also the meal bars. They help to control your hunger and get skinnier! Good luck!

Eat foods with fiber. I've eaten a lot of spinach salads, tempeh, tofu, plums, etc to drop 20 pounds. Also be sure when you're exercising that you're doing cardio--like running, walking, swimming, biking, etc. That's what helps lose weight. You may want to consider dancing or sit ups for extra toning. Belly dancing is fun to learn and very healthy for your tummy and bum. :)

There are no foods to make you skinnier.
Just eat the right foods, you know fruits, veggies, breads, etc.
Don't forget to drink lots of water.
Jogging/running for 30 minutes (or more) straight burns calories. Don't expect to lose weight quickly, it takes a while.
:)
