I have no intention of going to look at this video. But I bet the video captures the officer's response to what actions you took, and your actions are miraculously not on the video. Good thing the officers ALWAYS write reports. The judge can look at the report, talk to witnesses, and see if the video tells the correct story or a biased part of it.

Very, very few police use excessive force. If you are one of the one in a million...that sucks and I am sorry for that.
But I doubt you are, so instead of being angry at the police for having to respond to you , change your lifestyle so the police do not have to deal with you anymore.

Whoever said that video doesn't show anything is blind for sure. I saw that guy kicked, and punched more than once. It's hard to say but very true many MANY MANY officers of the law abuse their title. Cops are known woman abusers, and I have seen video in my own state of unjustifiable officer brutality. Whether the judge will use your video or not is going to be completely up to the judge, it's his ballgame.

A judge would not rule out the video if it was illegal to do so.

sure you were doing nothing wrong? a judge is the ruler of his domain if he doesn't want it to be admitted as evidence it wont.
