Rambo I have never seen a manual steering box 2002 Nissan Fronter. All the servive manuals I just checked show d-600 power steering box and pump. Did you find thid truck in Mexico?

I'm not finding anything for a manual steering lube spec for your Nissan. It should have a rack and pinion steering gear which is internally lubricated (in other words, you don't have to change it or add anything to it.).

Go to AutoZone, Pep Boys or any large auto parts store and ask for some steering box lubricant. They'll point you in the correct direction. Thanks for the two points. Good luck!
