I looked this up and it seems as though you should not eat imitation crab meat. It often contains flavoring from the actual crab. It's probably not worth it to risk a reaction

Here's the website with the info:

How do you love it- did you just find out you're allergic to it? I take it you don't swell up and choke then. I am sorry that's really unfortunate. I would say that imitation crab meat is OK since it doesn't contain the ingredients of the actual thing.

Why would you want to eat imitation crabmeat and lobster meat? Do you know what are they made of? If they are healthy food, then I guess it's okay. But if they are unhealthy processed stuff, then you are just consuming more toxic food.

Food allergies are not something to mess with, because they often present worse each time. Yes, it IS possible, however if you decide try some lobster, go very small portions, and watch for symptoms, such as a rash, heavy feeling in the lungs, hives etc. GOOD LUCK!!

the imitation crab is made from whitefish, but the flavoring is essential crab oil, so no, I suggest you just forego the pleasure.
