Go to a pharmacy and ask the pharmacist for a bottle of pure glycerin. Sometimes it's hard to find, but it's out there. Put it on the area that is burned. It's like clear syrup, but not sticky. Be sure to lay the burned area on a towel after you put the glycerin on. Within a few minutes, water will start to run off of it because it draws all of the heat out. After about 30 minutes, you can wipe it all off. This works better than any lotion, creme, or even aloe vera, plus, you will not peel! Try it, I swear by it.

If it's a bad sunburn it will be there for a while. Don't worry about it. I once had a sunburn for a week and a half, and I was fine. Just put vinagar on it. That will bring the heat out.

Everyone recommends Aloe, Aloe , Aloe. It's good for after the burn, but you need something now to cool off the burn and to reduce the redness. If I've said it once I've said it over and over. Use some Noxema medicated cream. I will swear on a bible it works. If you have any open lesians from the burn then that area may be susceptable infection, but if there's no open lesians then the noxema medicated cream will work quickly. It feels so cool to the skin. Try it and see. If you want to use Aloe after the Noxema medicated cream then go to it. It can't hurt.

one question were you drinking some sort of medicine specially antibiotic on anykind or antiful meds orally. even some pains meds will cause you skin to react more to sunlight.
wear sunblock, never fall asleep on the sun, put on the sunblock before you go under the sun, but for now don't go into the sun at all. itw ill just hurt.
it's probably normal depending on how long you under the sun, and specially if you were taking medecine.

That's normal. Some advil or motrin can help any pain. Aloe lotion is awesome to use, use it often. If you have blisters, go to a doctor. If it's just red without blisters it should start healing in about a week if you don't reburn it.
