Chlorine can be very damaging to your hair. You have to make sure that the chlorine does not absorb into your hair. Before you get into the pool soak your hair in cold water, then apply conditioner all over your hair(cheap ones are fine), keep it on your hair even when you are in the pool. The conditioner will make it impossible for chlorine to absorb into your hair.

chlorine lightens ur hair and makes it dry. so u'll need to condition it everyday
apply leave-in conditioner spray by TREsemme b4 going to the pool and use mild shampoo and conditoner for daily use after swimming.
Try Loreal Evive for dry, frizzy or damaged hair coz these have a lot of mosturising cream in it.

Yes of course...I have a pool in my backyard and I go swinmming alot...As long as you wash it every time after you swim you should be fine. My hair is weird and grows with chlorine (A chemical in the pool water). Good luck!

before you swim, apply a leave-in conditioner. It will protect your hair from the chlorine. When you get home, wash with a clarifying shampoo or one that is made to remove chlorine. Then use a good-quality conditioner.

Yes, especially if you have a relaxer in your hair. Every time you get out of the pool, you need rinse your hair really well and shampoo and condition it.

just take great care of your hair, shampoo and condition it..
and sometimes swimming everyday or shampooing and conditioning it is not good coz it washes away the natural nutrients of the hair..
