Last I heard he was offering $49.87 per ounce. It's a bear market, however. Too many members of the US administration have flooded the market.

JK. Satan buying souls is a way that Christians have been able to say that those who don't believe as they do have been paid off. Kind of a self-serving way of presenting things.

He is. Goethe's Faust is a good book to read to get you thinking. It's symbolic of the spiritual development that one man experienced. Well, a fictional man.

A red devil with a forked tail isn't going to come up and offer you X amount of dollars for your soul. You're going to come to a point in your life where you have to decide to stay true to your morals and beliefs, or "sell yourself" to make money by going against your morals. Or perhaps instead of making money, your choice will be more about power or social prestige.

In Faust II, he finally gets things figured out and saves his soul. Just as in The Death of Ivan Illyich (Tolstoy), Ivan--during the last moments of his life--finally finds purpose in his life. Until then, he had "sold out" and lived for social prestige, money and other superficial things.

In relation to another question I read on here, don't live for the moment, live in the moment. Truly focus on the life that you have. Whether you are a Muslim, Jew, Christian, Athiest or other, you'll probably agree that every moment we are alive is precious.

Focus on the right things and stick to your personal moral code and beliefs. Don't be afraid to change them as you grow and develop. But don't just sell out to Satan. Don't change them for superficial reasons.

Sure he's in the market. He just doesn't have to try very hard in this day and age. He gets his whether it's about evil or hate or indifference to God. I don't think souls are going for much these days.

A question cannot be answered if it is based on a false premise.
Our ' soul' is us, not something separate that survives death and flits off somewhere.
PROOF: The word ' soul' is translated from the Hebrew word NEPHESH meaning...that which breathes. It is our own body.
(Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.
You have to be alive to sin.
But as to your question. Yes, Satan is on the earth with us trying to turn us away from worshipping God.
(Revelation 12:7-9) And war broke out in heaven: Mi′cha·el and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon and its angels battled 8 but it did not prevail, neither was a place found for them any longer in heaven. 9 So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpent, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth; he was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

(Revelation 12:12) On this account be glad, YOU heavens and YOU who reside in them! Woe for the earth and for the sea, because the Devil has come down to YOU, having great anger, knowing he has a short period of time.”

Why would he pay for them, when - according to many on here - the VAST majority of us are already bound to wind up in Hell anyways...

I think they showed it best in the South Park movie - Heaven's population is a fixed billboard (with something like 1,546 people), while Hell has a constantly updating scoreboard (with something like 895,368,748,461 souls - and rapidly climbing) ;););)

It is not buying but pledging allegiance to a cause which will result in the end of all suffering upon the earth. I will soon be discussing this in my blog in great detail. I hope this helps. Best Regards, M.G.S.

According to the Bible he still is. Good question by the way. I was just thinking about that myself yesterday. Since the "rock and roll culture" has died off, it seems that satan has went away. He is obviously controlling the Muslims, and all non Christian religions. So we are commanded to watch.

He told me that Caleb F was trying to sell Jesus M's soul to him the other day. Caleb was asking too much. He thought he could REALLY cash in with a name like Jesus M.

Do you watch the news? Or Entertainment Tonight, for that matter? Or sitcoms? He's not only still buying them, he's getting them dirt cheap!

I think he's slowing down in business. I have a couple of things I want to discuss with him...but can't reach him for comment.
