No, god doesn't exist, but the preacher will tell you he forgives you if you donate enough.

Yes! God forgives every sin that has ever been commited. It does not matter how much money is given to the church or how many times one goes to church. It all comes down to acknowledging that what we have done is wrong and ask for God's forgiveness. All of us have sinned (done wrong things). God is holy and perfect but He is also merciful and loving. Instead of us having to pay the price for our sin, He sent His Son Jesus to pay the price. Jesus died so we wouldn't have to. However, He did not stay dead but rose three days later. All one has to do to gain forgiveness for all that they have ever done and will do is trust in what Jesus did. Thats it. Not by how much they put in a collection plate or how good they are. I John 1:9 says that "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleans us from all unrighteousness." I know this answer has turned into a small book. All this is just to say, God does and will forgive anything.

God's forgiveness of our sins has nothing to do with whether or not we tithe. God will forgive you of your sins if you confess them to Him and are truly repentant. Meaning you have to be sincere in your repentance and have a sincere desire to stop that sin.

God also says that it is not works or deeds, such as tithing, that ensure a persons salvation, it is faith and believing that God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. His Word (the Bible) makes it very clear that the only way to the Father (God) is through the Son (Jesus).

So, basically, the answer to your question. No matter what you put in that dish on Sunday, if you deny the Son, You will be denied eternity in Heaven.

Pocket change won't make a bit of difference. Neither will big bucks. You believe, He'll forgive. Oh, why can't everything in life be so simple ?

Lol, haha um no. God will forgive us if we ask to be forgiven and if we repent. That doesn't mean he'll be like "oh yes i forgive you" with no consequences, we will have them. He doesn't love us because we give, when we give we get which is a nice reward, that doesn't mean his love is based on that, that's more for us then anyone, because we help and get helped. Not because he loves us more. God loves us no matter what, he's disappointed in us like parents but he never stops loving. IF we complain how theres hungry people in Africa but wont give to people in need here he is disappoint and that's on reason we give to our church.

Look I'm not a religious person; I believe in God but I'm far from living a christian life! I do know my Bible though and it says that the only sin you cannot be forgiven for is suicide*** Otherwise yes God forgives all sin if you truely ask him in your heart and with your voice.

God doesn't care one way or the other. Do you believe or not believe? God doesn't care. Do you give or not give? Again...doesn't care.

God created you with free will to do what you want. God wanted it that way. Any choice you make in life is okay with God. Do you see? Forgiveness is between humans, not God.
