2T is a little bigger than 24 months usually. Then there is 3T, 4T, 5T then you start getting into the boys clothes of 4/5, 5/6......... Right now my 2 1/2 year old can wear 24 months/2T shorts and pants but needs 2T or 3T shirts.

Well, acutally 24 months and 2T clothes fit about the same. Depending on the brand and store you are shopping in, 24 months is 2 years old, hence 2T. Some stores carry 24 months and 2T and I haven't ever seen that much of a difference in how they fit my babies. The next size would be 3T, 4T, etc.

2T stands for 2 toddler which converts to 24 months but, when I was shopping for my son I noticed a big difference between the two. I would definately say it is 2T, then 3T, 4T, 5T. After that I will have to get back to you because my son is right now in 4T so I don't know. I hope this helps.

Yeah, 24 months is fairly smaller than a length 2T. After he grows out of the 24 months, he will pass right into a 2T. an straightforward thank you to tell is come across a length chart on line or in a catalog of toddler/toddler outfits and you will see there's a reasonable distinction. yet, additionally keep in mind that each and each kind has their own sizing format. i discover that Carter's makes their outfits larger than toddler hollow. My son is 15 months previous and suits right into a length 18 months (fairly unfastened on him) for toddler hollow, yet a 12 months in Carter's (suits him suitable), so shop that in the process recommendations whilst evaluating the two sizes and types. you additionally can ask her what his modern-day top and weight are and pass via that for a particular kind.

2T and 24 months are essentially the same size, there may be a few differences. Hold them up to each other before you buy to determine which is larger. I had to (eyeball) measure the sleeve length, length from arm inseam to waist and shoulder width--i think that is where you will find the differences. Obviously after that is 3T

Yes, 2T. But he might use 24 mos. for a while after his second birthday, depends on how big he is. Don't worry if he doesn't go straight to 2T after his second birthday.
