Apostle Jeff, I detect self interest here,; the more we give the more we get !

You might as well says , we give to get ! Very carnal minded indeed and you called yourself an Apostle ?

I am just a layman and I don't recognized the Lord voice in your saying that, unless I misinterpreted you. Why used Apostle title ? Is it to throw your weight around like the reverends and pastors , father and etc.?

Stop pulling rank and using title to hypnotized poeple to your control , speak as a son of God and speak plainly without malice nor self interest but only for the Glory of God and to manify Jesus our Lord, if you don't mind me saying !

We Christains give from the heart - not begrudgingly and not out of necessity - but out of love for the Lord and our neighbors.

Do I tithe on welfare? I dont get it? Like when I got medicade when I was pregnant? No...

I tithe 10 percent of our income, and a little extra every week for offering. Last year it ended up being 18 percent. The church needs thithes to operate! Who will pay the gas bill, the electric, pay for the toliet paper or the cups? Anyone who doesnt tithe is robbing God!

A)Well, legalistic or not, it's the least I can give back to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for giving me all that I have: life, love, money, security, future eternity with Him....Dang, Christians that despise tithing are way narrow minded!

B)No, cuz I don't get those things. If I did, I would tithe them.

U are suppose to tither out of all the money you get...Its not much just 10%. No matter what its important to tither and if you do it willingly and out of ur heart then in the end you'll be rewarded by God...It says in the Bible to give 10% of all ur earnings to the Lord and He will bless and take care of you!

Tithing is a manmade concept of taxation. Beleive in God as you wish but ditch the Church wich is a political power house and controler of man.

Not at all. Jesus teaches us that we should give more than a tithe.

The more we give, the more we get.

Yes, on Soc. Sec. on pension and on all tax returned money. Not because I have to but because I want to and believe that all INCREASE is a gift from God.

I'm sorry to butt in, but isn't there some way you could put all these questions together? Or at least change the heading a bit...
