I don't think you can remove it, but you can disable it multiple ways.
System properties, Remote tab, uncheck remote assistance
Start..Run, type gpedit.msc, open Computer configuration, admin templates, system, remote assistance, disable solicited remote assistance and offer remote assistance. ***If you're on a company network, the company's group policy may override changes to this setting.
Start..Run, type services.msc, find Terminal Services, stop the service and change startup type to Disabled. ***This service is also used for fast user switching, making the computer a terminal server, and remote desktop (which is basically terminal server). Don't disable the service if you need any of those features.
