I saw one for 200 bucks at a gun show. It had a few scratches the stock and the bluing wasn't 100%. What would the average price be on one of those? I am looking for a less expensive semi-auto, and would one of those be a good gun to get?

The 11-48 is the Remington upgrade from the Model 1100 semi-to shotgun. The 1100 had some issues with the gas cylinder gumming up after extended shooting. The 11-48 was designed to eliminate these issues and did so. $200 for a 11-48 in decent shape is a decent price. I had one in my shop a few months back that sold for $250 the same day I put it out for sale. You are probably going to be hard pressed to find a semi-auto shotgun that's decent for less than $200-250. There are some imports available but they just don't measure up to the Remington quality and performance.....

Mother, apple pie and remington are three things that nothing bad had better be said about; unless the person saying them is really eager to find out if jesus loves him or not.
