Grab a front paw, spin the bear around, and put it into a full nelson. Then, apply pressure until you hear the neck snap. Of course, the trick is managing that with an animal twenty times stronger than you, twice as quick, and able to take your head off with a single swipe of a claw. Pal, you can't successfully fight a bear bare handed- even a small bear cub. Ya want to kill a bear- use a gun, or a bow. Bare hands won't work. I've hunted bears, and though I use a bow, I bring an axe up the tree- just in case a wounded bear tries to climb up after me. I had one try once, but my arrows killed it before it could climb high enough to reach me. And yes, it scared the crap out of me.

The only way you're going to kill a bear with your hands is if he gets choked while he's eating them.

well, maybe. You would need to study Bruce Lee for a long time. Then get really fast and strong. Have Chuck Norris and Van Dam come over to train you. Then, right before you go out to kill the bear, snort like five big lines of coke. Get back to me on how it works out for you.....

I don't see why not. The few black bears I have seen look kind of small. I think they are herbivores so you would have a hard time choking them from the inside. Get them in that judo choke that gives alot of leverage. Yeah I think you could do it. a grizzly on the other hand I do not think so unless it is a baby.
Do koala bears count? I think I could take one.

Give yourself a couple hundred yards.. put a gun in your hand.. carefully put it up to your shoulder, aim.. and pull the trigger with the pointer finger on your preferred hand. Craftsmen use tools to make things by hand... so do us hunters

My Great Great Grandfather did crossing the Cumberland gap by choking it to deathe but he was 6'5" with hands bigger than any NBA player today
