Go talk to a recruiter. If your RE-code is good and your rate isn't overmanned, and you aren't at the risk of running into high year tenure problems then you shouldn't have too much of a problem.
You will need your DD-214, your last three evals, birth certificate and social security card, your high school diploma, and you must be within current height/weight standards and be able to pass the PRT. Take all of these things with you and go talk to your local Navy recruiter.
Good Luck!

First worry about getting your degree. You can talk to an officer recruiter. If you do not have an SAT in the upper 1300 range, it will be a stretch to get into ROTC. Remember, you are competing against EVERY other high school senior in the US. You may want to talk to an officer recruiter when you are ready to see what the background for an intelligence officer is. Here is a fact though, the Navy puts officers where they NEED them, not where the prospective officers want to go. Going to the US Naval Academy would give you a leg up, but be advised that the mean SAT for Annapolis is 1600, and that is the hardest school to get into in the entire country. The US Military Academy at West Point is the next hardest, and Harvard is the third. If you were to attend Annapolis you can select your training based on your standing in your class. Naval Academy grads get the first shot at the open training, then ROTC, based on class standing, and then students who graduate from OCS. A recruiter will not lie to get you into the Navy. Though he or she may be able to talk to you more about intelligence than an officer recruiter will, they usually want to talk to people that are nearing graduation that have the GPA (3.6 or better, in a field that they are looking for) than people in high school. But keep in mind that being a Naval Officer is not something that you get to do just because you want to. It is a very competitive field, and you have a lot of others that want the same thing.

what's your RE Code? If it is a 4, you ain't getting back in. if it's a 3, you need to prove the reason for separation no longer exists.
you may also need to be willing to crossrate.

Go to a recruiter and ask him. I don't know how long you can be out these days, so you need to see him right away.
