No, it's not.

A nuclear breeder reactor can actually manufacture its own fission material out of certain other materials (such as thorium), so you won't run out of fuel until you run out of those materials. However, none of the materials in question are renewable. They are, however, abundant enough that we could live off nuclear power for thousands of years.

No. Nuclear power is powered by the heat that is generated by radioactive decay. Radioactive decay comes from certain radioactive elements and minerals like Uranium and Uraninite. These elements and minerals will one day be mined out and radioactive decay is not reversible.
