My best friend was married last month, and she did the "rose ceremony" and it was part of her processional.

So it depends on what type of ceremony and when you are going to have the rose ceremony. If it will be right after the bride walks down the aisle, then you can have the accompanist continue with the processional (entrance) song.

If it will be part of your ceremony, (usually the unity candle, hand ceremony and rose ceremy happen during or after the vows) there are a lot of songs to choose from, and your musicians can definitely help you pick, they should be familiar with these selections:

Bridal Prayer - Copeland
The Wedding Song - Stokey
One Heart One Hand (West Side Story)
When Two Become One
From This Moment - Shania Twain
Covenant Hymn

normally this is done while walking down the aisle after the ceremony, so i do not feel a special song is really needed.

I used an instrumental version of the old Bette Midler song...."the rose".....I think it might of been pan flute music. It was hauntingly beautiful.
