If idiots start giving up Florida and California coastline properties, you cab bet there will be a HUGE landgrab.

...on second thought, forget what I've said about global warming being a huge exaggeration. It's a softsell. Real warming is going to be 8 times worse. Sell! Sell!! Sell!!!

I would not hesitate to buy Florida property if I wanted to live there. Maybe when I retire.

I have enough property thanks though, and I really doubt you are selling any anyway, I'm betting you probably live in Colorado, besides there is no cheap property anymore anyway.....
