Well Angels are ressurected beings, or holy beings. They are not a wiff of cloud, but have a body like ours.
Including a mouth, throat and all the handy stuff.
Yes they can speak, they can sing, they can warn and praise.

Though they have wills, the angels are, like all creatures, subject to the will of God. Good angels are sent by God to help believers (Hebrews 1:14). Here are some activities the Bible ascribes to angels:
A. They praise God (Psalm 148:1,2; Isaiah 6:3).
B. They worship God (Hebrews 1:6; Revelation 5:8-13).
C. They rejoice in what God does (Job 38:6-7).
D. They serve God (Psalm 103:20; Revelation 22:9).
E. They appear before God (Job 1:6; 2:1).
F. They are instruments of God's judgments (Revelation 7:1; 8:2).
G. They bring answers to prayer (Acts 12:5-10).
H. They aid in winning people to Christ (Acts 8:26; 10:3).
I. They observe Christian order, work, and suffering (1 Corinthians 4:9; 11:10; Ephesians 3:10; 1 Peter 1:12).
J. They encourage in times of danger (Acts 27:23,24).
K. They care for the righteous at the time of death (Luke 16:22).

and all are sons of God almighty (Job 1:6 and 2:1) , Genesis 6:1) anf the firstson of God in heaven is Michael the Archangel the same prince of Daniel 12:1.
“And during that time Mi´cha·el will stand up, the great prince who is standing in behalf of the sons of your people. And there will certainly occur a time of distress such as has not been made to occur since there came to be a nation until that time. And during that time your people will escape, every one who is found written down in the book"
That will happen in the near future according to Revelation.
AND BY THE WAY "Well Angels are ressurected beings," the bible didn´t says that, they existed before human Being (Job 38:4-7)

yes Angels can talk. They are not male or female. They do not disobey God. They are created from light. They are not humans although they might take the shape of a male human without the genitalia. They do not take the shape of females. They also do not eat. They were created as Angels and are not derived from humans.

Yes. Angels are "messengers" for God. Throughout the Bible angels talked with humans.

Absolutely! The Bible speaks of numerous times where angels speak, sing and praise the Lord. Angels spoke to Cain, Abraham, Lot, Peter, John, Mary and countless others in the bible. Satan himself and his demons are all fallen angels. They speak to all of us daily to tempt us. They speak to God daily, asking for permission to tempt us. Angels could be speaking to you right now... the question is would you know who they are?

Angels can certainly communicate. They don't "talk" and "hear" as we do since they don't have bodies, mouths, ears. Their communication must be something like "mental telepathy".
