Take it outside after meals and when it stands by the door. Praise it for going outside - even on walks and such. If you catch it IN THE ACT, say "no" and take it outside, then praise when it finishes up. If you find a puddle, don't punish your dog, just clean it up. Rubbing its nose in it doesn't do much and is pretty gross.

In crate guidance, did you get a cate which you would be able to section off? i realize it form of feels mean, yet once you're potty guidance, you supply the canines little or no room interior the crate, and then they oftentimes do not go. My domestic dog had a million/2 her crate in the initiating, and he or she might go, yet as quickly as we gave her purely adequate space to stand up, turn around, and lay down, she did not go in there. If that would not paintings, ask your vet for some suggestions or attempt a domestic dog daycare or domestic dog guidance training. Deoderize, compliment whilst she is going outdoors, verify there is not something incorrect together with her, and attempt to maintain her on time table. do not yell or spank whilst she does go inspite of the indisputable fact that, that may not coach her something. solid success :)

You take the dog out regularly and frequently. When the dog does his or her business outside, you reward it with a treat, like a dog biscuit. Watching the dog for signs that it may need to "go" will help as well. Be positive and actually talk to your dog as you walk it. Some dogs will pick a particular place to go. Always clean up the "accidents" as soon as possible so the smell is neutralized.

well depending on how old your puppy is you should start with a crate. I have have a 7wk old Shih-tzu. and she is doing very well. but dont let your puppy have full run of the crate untill thier potty trained. also dont let the puppy have free run of the house or they will think that they can potty were ever. It should take you about 3-4 wks to completely potty train your puppy. It you have time to be home and trian your puppy..

Do you have a doggy door? If not then where else would it go? Try getting a training mat and spray it with a scent that'll attract them to Potty there (go to the store and check). It'll teach it to potty there but i'm not sure about poopoo.
