I am 18 and I wear a diaper. I don't use it, when I use the restroom I take it off and use the restroom just like underwear , but it is like a security blanket it me, nothing sexual it's not a fetish eww, it’s totally innocent, it's just emotional, I have seen help and they tell me if it's not hurting anyone then there is nothing wrong with it, I’m not a bad person ,it does my heart good, I mean some guys prefer boxers, some briefs, I prefer a soft cushy diaper, to me it's just another piece of my clothing, so could any girl accept this, if she liked me and knew me for a few years before she found out?

Are you serious?!?!?!? I find it hard to believe that a legitimate therapist would tell you that it's okay to still be wearing a diaper, unless you have some sort of medical condition that requires you to wear adult diapers. I suppose there are women out there that would be okay with it, but they'll be hard to find!

Honestly? I don't know. I suppose if I was really into the guy and I knew him awhile. It isn't so much the diaper itself. It is the notion that any grown man who would wear a diaper would appear to have....issues. Like a trauma in your childhood that you haven't dealt with. I am surprised that you sought help and they didn't encourage you to give this up. Or get to the bottom of it. I sure wouldn't plan on any one night stands with this on, but they say there is someone for everybody.....
