It seems that Germany does not actually manufacture nuclear weapons but it most certainly has the capability to do so if it chooses to. The nuclear weapons that the US have had based in Germany have been steadily removed since the end of the Cold War and this withdrawal continues - mainly because there are very strong anti-nuclear groups who bring a lot of pressure to bear on the government to remove all nuclear weapons from German soil. Germany has nuclear power facilities but most Germans do not want nuclear weapons but there is often public debate about whether or not it would be good for Germany to manufacture their own.

No, Germany does not have nuclear weapons. After Germany's defeat in World War II, the Allied powers changed the German constitution. In it, it drastically limited the permissible size of the German military, how many warships it can build, how many bomber planes, what kind and how many tactical weapons it is allowed to possess. Unfortunately, it also forbids them to possess nuclear weapons.

No, Germany does not have nuclear weapons. France does. You might want to read the link below. I was referring to the atomic bomb.

Germany has the ability to make nukes but agreed not to as part of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. However, they still build chemical weapons to sell to nice guys like Saddam.

Nobody is going to "confirm or deny" the presence of Nukes in Germany. Good luck finding out. They wont even admit Isreal has them, even though we know the do.
