I can't say this will solve your problem but it worked for me.

My back mussels were real tight so I had a massage and that loosened up not only my back but the mussels around my middle. Then a friend gave me some liquid vitamin B and my jittery anxious feelings just went away and now I feel very at ease. At least if you try this remedy it doesn't cost much and it's safe.

Got to much time on your hands and you sit and wonder about the problems in your life so much that now you cant stop thinking about them and it is sinking in your brain.Ever stop to think about why I'm thinking about this?Cause the more you think about it the more your gonna think about it .Now your so far caught up in it you cant stop but wonder about it.It's usually about the love ones or thinking about dieing use to think about dieing so much I got were I couldn't breath and my heart would speed up so much I had to go to the Hospital. It took me years to finally figure out a way to stop this matter on my own.Try this out when you feel like your about to have one just stop-- find some thing good that would interest you to do and do it focus only on that what you are doing.,Or be with your friends or family some thing that would keep you from thinking about what makes you have your Anxiety attacks.(anxiety is a depression) so try to be happy.

God, I wish I knew. I have it very badly and take medication. I don't think the medication is right yet. My nerves are shot.
Good luck. I can be an imbalance in the brain or something that is really bothering you.
