My mother in law and father in law are certainly staying with my husband and myself. My father in law has taken it upon himself to hit my children. I asked him to leave my home over a month ago. He said fine he would be out in 30 days. It is now almost 50 days. Yesterday, I asked my mother in law when he was leaving, she stated if I want him out evict him. Then started telling me that I was a bad mother, she was going to get my kids taken, she then tried to get my thrown in jail. My father in law tried to punch me in the hall way. My husband wants to leave things alone and let "things work them out". What can I do??

Start a diary of incidents, what and when, so you have a record to back you up. Then call the cops.

You need to let your husband know that you want them out ASAP, because it is not fair. This is your home and they need to leave. My mother in law stayed at my house 2 summers ago and it was a nightmare. She had something to say about everything I did. SHe made smart comments, I tried to be respectful, then I snapped. I told to mine her business and these are my children and I raise them the way that I want. She told my husband that I was being mean to her and disrespecting her and he took her side. I told him that he needs to get the F*ck out and get a place with his mother. Good Luck to you!!!

Take your children and go to a shelter. You are being abused by your in-laws and your husband is aiding them by refusing to stop them from hitting, etc. Do not let you kids stay in the environment one more day.

It's time for you and your kids to seperate from the three of them by any means possible. Start with the police and become relentless in your pursuit to get rid of all of them. Nothing is going to change. You have to do something.

TIME TO CALL THE COPS! you tell them you and your children have been assaulted by this crazy man and you want them out.

you might want to think about getting a divorce as well, if your husband is allowing this to happen.

If he hits anyone call the police and report an assault. No one can take your kids away unless you abuse or neglect them.
Your husband sounds like he has no balls so you are going to have to handle this.

Boot them and your husband out. And have a cop help you hold the door open.

Kick your husband out and the moochers will follow. I wouldn't let anybody hit my kids!
