Firstly - Jessica Alba can wear anything she wants and it will be hot...
Second, it really depends on the girl... i really dont want to see some 200lbs chick walking down the street with her boobs hangin out and flabby gut hanging over her lowriders flowing freely in the wind... that's just downright disgusting.. however on a petite figure, they can be extremely sexy.

sometimes...but tube tops - like strapless dresses - can sometimes make you look heavier than you are, and create those nice little things underneath your arms (otherwise known as 'chicken thigh pockets'). Also, some tube tops depending on the manufacturer and make need to be quite tight to stay up (so your breasts don't fall out) making you have 'back fat'. If you are anorexic, they look fine, but then they need to be really tight, as you won't have any breasts anyway.
So, no, on most people they do not look that great. Wear them with a cardigan and yep, they're great. Spaghetti straps can solve some of the tube top dilemmas.

Jessica Alba looks good in anything, so I couldn't tell you by the pics! Tube tops are cute, but I actually do not like the one that she is wearing..

Tub tops certainly not. But some look extremely actractive in tube tops. Personally I think that these fashions are for younger females and the majority of aged women do not look that good in them and should think about dressing more age appropriate.

Sexy girls look sexy when they wear anything. Clothes can add or subtract at most 1 point (on the 1 to 10 hot scale)

I think it looks sexy if your thin and tanner but if your fat no way.Sometimes the boobs are falling out and the fat is rolling out too...Dress to impress and look nice tubes are great but if its not your style wear a shirt over it or go shopping

please do NOT get one that says that. that will make girls hate you and guys think you're conceited. you can definitely look hot without being obnoxious. try a tight dress like that in red, with no words. there are actually alot of studies about the effect the color red has on people. they're always attracted to it.
